All Saints', Earls Barton

Offering insights into both Saxon and Norman history, this church dates from the 10th century AD.

St Peter's, Northampton

Built around 1100, Pevsner has called St Peter's "the most interesting Norman church in the county".

Holy Trinity, Rothwell

Dating from approximately 1200, Holy Trinity has the longest nave in the county and a spooky bone crypt.

The youngest church in Shine, St Peter's is still over 600 years old, and has the tallest steeple in the county.
